My approach to product development
At Busk Innovation, the development process is divided into project phases, where the results are evaluated before a decision is made about the further course. A structured approach is important to ensure good results, progress and an overview. Bounded project phases provide the opportunity to change course along the way and at the same time security about the finances of product development.
Design principles
When we develop and use new products, we should aim for the materials and energy we use to be part of circular and sustainable processes. I work based on a number of circular design principles, which must ensure that the product has a long shelf life and, after use, can be included in new, up-to-date products that meet the real needs of the world's inhabitants.
